Radiator Single Longitudinal Seam Welding Machine
1. Design Requirement
To complete the automatic welding of two longitudinal seam in the
single face of radiator. The welding torch must walk out of seam
path, welding seam must be uniform, even and has a good&smooth
appearance. Also to guarantee the stability of welding
specification and wider adjustability at the same time.
2. Basic Conception
The workpiece is fixed, welding position is horizontal, using
automatic welding, to make sure have uniform welding seam
appearance and good welding quality.
Adopt one power source to weld two sides seam respectively.
Welding torch moves horizontally driven by AC frequency motor, the
speed is adjustable.
Through Taiwan WVIEW 7-inch touch screen man-machine interface to
modify the parameter, such as: welding speed, welding length, stay
time, welding seam position and length, etc. All those parameters
can be stored and called, it is convenient to use.
Machine uses Japan OMRON CP-1H 40CDT PLC, welding torch walking
horizontally mechanism uses Japan OMRON 750W AC frequency inverter
to adjust speed. Non-contact open closed loop detect the welding
position. The welding torch walking horizontally and the
accomplishment of set path welding is realized by CNC system.
Buttons use imported FUSHI button.

Adopt Finland Kemppi PULSE 4000 automatic power source.
